We worked hard weeding and hauling dirt yesterday all day. My back was shot by the end of the day but after a good 9 hours of sleep I felt good today. Marches lit up my lateral glutes. Stretching felt so great after. Everything else went well. My right elbow is a little hot I think from shoveling. But only feel it on the ring rows. Dance class tonight! Thanks!
