Had dance the night before, went well. Cuban press lights up the back of my neck by the 10th rep. Great movement. The side lever overarch seemed easy but made me sore on my sides the next day, pretty cool. Loving getting on the bike daily and feeling like I’m getting some of that fitness back. Thanks!
