Legs are sore again the next day but not as bad as last week.  I did have dance class in the evening after doing this in the morning and I think that helped the soreness a lot.  I'm super close on the splits with the left leg forward, pretty crazy.  I hit a bit of a wall at 4 mins on the second 6 mins on the bike, at least I know I was pushing it.  Thanks!
