I just felt good this morning.  Had a good night of sleep.  I also got a Whoop wearable and watched my heart rate during this workout, was kinda cool.  Peaked at 135 and was around 115 most of the time.  Great combo of things.  Not sure I have ever half squated before and it was a strange feeling.  Thanks!
