Feeling strong today.  Fought some cramping on my right upper abs during the pike to plank but got better each set.  Love all the core work.  I just felt great on the amrap and actually added weight to everything but the sand bag while warming up.  Next time I’ll do a heavier sand bag too :).  Thanks!
