14 minute amrap
10 strict pull ups
50 WBs 14# to 9 ft

I actually had fun.  The first set of strict pull ups went fast in sets of two the second round took about 2 mins I think.  I did the wb's in sets of 10.  The du's were the hard part for me...just hard to breathe...did sets of 10-20.  Live to die another day :).  Thanks!
