20 mins elliptical warm up
2 rounds:
55 alternating Russian step ups (wobbly box 24”)
55/side diagonal rope pull downs with pulley system
55 thrusters with 20’s
55 side plank arch ups/side
Took somewhere around 45 mins maybe
We were sweaty and it was fun!
