Workout:
20 mins elliptical no hands
3 rounds:
1’ plank followed by 30 seconds side plank per side
Max set push ups (13/15/15)
15 paloff press/side with 10 second hold last rep
15 Single leg add/abd with pulley system around ankle
20 db deadlifts with 35’s
8 single leg DL’s with one 35
Hams were a bit sore the next day :).
