I can’t believe how long it’s been since my last workout.  I had a rest day and the three long days at work.  Sure felt good to be off and get to move.  I also rode twice.  Legs are sore the next day, mostly hams.  This all went well.  Nothing specific other than I feel like this all really strengthens my hips/pelvis.  It’s gotta be great for horseback riding too.  Thanks!
