Was fun to move the barbell again!  Side planks and ham curls were the hardest.  Everything went well.  Had a few things try and cramp in the upper leg throughout this workout.  Recovering in the sauna.  It’s been so cold here!  I hope Dubai is sunny and pleasant.  Thanks!
