I can do the V-L-V but has to be done first, will build do doing it after some work too. Such a great workout, sore the next day. Was shocked at my capacity for ring dips after having not done them in awhile, felt good. The 3rft was hardest on my traps during the farmer carry, felt the burn. Thanks!
