It’s been a crazy week and that made getting gym time so much more valuable.  This was the perfect workout for the day and it felt great.  Air is cold and I felt a tad wheezy, the only time I feel asthma is breathing heavy in cold air.  I upped the height for the step ups and am proud of how I did.  Good stuff.  Thanks!
