Daily score: 7 (I started feeling sick this afternoon, and every muscle in my body including the hair on my head was sore the next day)

Workout:

4RFT:

Run 1 min/ sprint 10 seconds/ walk 1 min/ run 1 min

4 slow eccentric pull ups/ 2 strict pull ups/ 1 10# weighted pull up

10 push ups

-this took 20 some odd minutes


I always have an itch to jog when fall comes around.  I've been curious if I slowly did a small volume how my joints would do.  I figured these couple weeks might be fun to experiment with it.  This was not a fair test considering I got so much myalgia with the covid.  But I don't think the running was the culprit.
