Wow was my core sore after workout #2, pretty cool.  We also went winging yesterday and I was smoked and took a wild crash.  But this workout felt great.  The staggered gm’s were and interesting challenge, love new movements. I was impressed at how the weight vest really made the row more challenging.  Thanks!
