Fun workout!  Enjoyed the oly lifting.  So happy to get some gym time.  We are going out of town to mountain bike and wing this week Thursday-Sunday.  So won’t start my next block until Monday.  Feeling strong though!  The ring dips felt super solid.  Thanks!
