I got sick and took a few rest days this week. All better now. So good to workout and feel like myself again. I get out of sorts when I can’t workout. This all went well. Felt more of a struggle on the left side with the step ups and left felt weaker with the clamshells. That banded hip flexion exercise is for real, lit up my hip flexors. Thanks! And happy new year!
