Downwind foiling 2.5 hours
This was tough with smoked arms from the day before. Took me a bit to feel calm and give controlled effort. Caught a few good waves and that got me hooked again. Super sore the next day through my shoulders and neck so I’m gonna take a rest day and hit my last workout tomorrow. Thanks!
