Wow has is been a great two week summer vacation.  We spent 6/8 days winging in the gorge and then the next week in central Oregon mountain biking.  I could get used to that life.  But it’s also good to be home to the animals and back in the gym.  This was a great re-start.  Love a little cardio and some core.  Went well.  I have a horse thing this weekend, looking like I won’t need a new workout until august 17.  Thanks!
