I may not be tracking a ton of workouts but it’s been a physical week with farm projects and athletic horse rides.  Loved this workout.  So fun to db snatch again :).  Always loved that movement.  Sore the two days after from the ghd sit ups (in a good way).  Everything else was great!  Thanks!
