Worked the last three days so was excited to get a chance to move.  Followed this with a bunch of yard work and then a night shift at work.  Big active day :).  Core work felt great.  Legs felt better than I expected.  Especially on the squats. But I did notice some fatigue in the legs later in the day.  Thanks!
