Upper body sore from yesterday, not terrible.  This all felt great.  Left hip is tight on the squats but feels good for it, I just go slow and don’t rebound out of the bottom at all.  Next day I’ll have to workout will be Thursday and that will be the last one you sent.  Thanks!

Legs a bit sore the next day.  Bilateral upper ab cramps with each of the manna attempts, just at the end.  HS practice was fun, didn’t get any full turns but figuring out what it takes.  Felt good to do some strongman stuff again.  Thanks!
