Workout:

Mountain biking 

2.5 hours, I do believe we shaved about 15 minutes off our usual route.  Feeling faster/stronger.  D/t work and a horse show I’m going to, I won’t be able to workout again until Monday.  But I will get to horse back ride some :).  Thanks!
